Summary

Do you have projects or tasks you need finish, but for whatever reason you put them off and do something entirely unproductive?

Personally, I set big projects for myself-- it's just who I am. Yet I remember how I used to feel when I set my goals in the past. I would instantly feel overwhelmed, doubtful, and procrastinate, just at the thought of taking them on.

So I had to come up with a strategy that would allow me to not only do the tasks and projects, but be fired up with desire to complete them in lightening speed.

What I am about to share with you in the video will dramatically increase your drive and will empower you to complete any task you have been putting off. So what will it give you? You'll gain the freedom to do what you really wish to to do, whilst feeling total achievement and true satisfaction.

I love this process.

1:00.0

Despite the pain of actually not doing it, it's actually easier not to do it. It's more instant gratification to check on Facebook, or to watch a movie, or to do anything else about that project.

1:13.0

So it's far easier for you, it's like the law of least resistance,

1:17.4

1:48.0

So we've got, let's do something easier. And also, when I think of the project, I just see this like mountain ahead of me, this big huge task and I just, it's overwhelming.

2:00.0

I'm just going to put it aside and not the other that's how we see those tasks but how can we shift our

2:05.9

awareness to actually motivate us in achieving and succeeding and

2:11.6

accomplishing those things we need to do well first of all we have to get

2:16.7

clear we have to understand. Well, first of all, we have to get clear. We have to understand that,

2:19.0
