So what is biohacking, breaking the word down, biology and hacking, so using

shortcuts to impact your biology and in this case what we're doing is looking for

shortcuts that are going to improve our health. And some of these things guys

are things that you might already be doing and you're not realizing that it's

actually a hack. So don't think of it as a

negative thing like if you weren't doing it that you could get there anyways. They could be things as

simple as drinking water and eating a clean diet. You know those are ways to faster health. So Jesse and

are going to share some things in our home and in our life that we're doing day

to day that are hopefully ultimately bringing us to a better place.

So kicking it off, one thing that we've started to do recently is get out first thing in the morning,

taking our shoes off and putting our bare feet on the earth while we're sipping on our morning drink.

So we're grounding our bodies, we're getting sunlight, we're spending time together, and

we're sipping on this nutritious beverage.
