Have mercy your Lord. The hymn in the very midst of life talking about the pains of death and the snares of death that surround us fits beautifully with the

gospel reading for this coming Sunday according to the three-year

electionary where Jesus heals a woman on his way to raise

gyrus's daughter from the dead.
