Welcome back to the quarter of the day show I'm your hope Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and calm. It's throwback Thursday and we are turning back that

clock all the way to episode number 936 in our feature speaker, Les Brown. Today

Les is going to encourage you to believe in yourself and to own your value. And

when you do that, you be sure to charge what's your worth. Les Brown's coming

out. When I decided to become a speaker, I noticed that you hear most of my

heroes and gave the same speech to memorize script. They give it everywhere. I

decided I was going to make myself different. What is different about you? You've

got to have something that makes you stand out. When you are in a situation and

people make decisions with their dollars in a time when the economy is tight in

a time when budgets are tight. You don't have the option of not believing in

yourself. If there's any doubt as an ounce of doubt and trust me 99 and a

half won't get it. If there's any doubt of you intimidated by the competition,

I charge more than 99% of the speakers. They said, hey, you know, you charge too

much. No, you just don't have enough money. I don't charge too much. You get, well,

I've got a speaker that will come in for $15,000. I said, then get that. Then

you get a $15,000 speaker and you get the result to whatever they produce. But

when you want the best, you call me and I might be at the same level.

Okay, no, no, we don't want anybody else. We want you. Very good.

Then write the check. You have to believe in yourself. You have to believe in your product.
