I'm a grown man who never read the Percy Jackson books as a kid, but I read them as an adult because I was on a quest to determine if this was a book series that Society had been sleeping on. I said yes, and now I'm seeing if Society's also been sleeping on the Heroes of Olympus series, and I'll do the whole Ryrodinverse. We're going to do it all. Now, you may have recognized that the title of this episode says that it's a live show from Milwaukee, and it currently sounds like I'm in a Swiss

bathroom, which I am. The reason I'm here is because the first 10 minutes of the live show

were lost to time. Who's to blame? No one knows. Is it possibly the fact that the sound engineer

at the live show didn't hit record, even though he has like two jobs to do? Yes, that's why it got lost to time. So I'm joined by the two guests who you will hear for the rest of the episode to give the context of what happened in the first 10 minutes of the show. It's Johnny Frolicstein and Eric Hamilton Schneider. Folks, how's it going? It's going great. If it sounds like I am in my home office in Ohio, it's because I am.

It's a bummer that those 10 minutes got deleted because we finally revealed to the world

what's happening in Area 51, but we can't do it again.

For context, we're recording this on May 16th, the Friday before the episode comes out. The live show that we did was in, oh my God, what is time? April. It was in March? April? It was definitely in April. Okay. Cool. We were not on the road two months ago. I'm pretty sure. I should probably, let's see. Hold on. Let me look it out. It was April 11th, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which did write about the fact that I was doing a show. So the show was on April 11th. Fun little inside baseball about these shows is Mike just puts me in a closet in between live shows, so I have no idea how long it's been, because I've just been staring in the dark wall.
