Think about how good God is really in this way.

Imagine Thor or Zeus showing you.

I can only imagine Thor. I know this sounds weird, right?

But imagine them carrying enough about you to show you how to live in this world and how to thrive.

And giving you wisdom about how to do it.

Like I made you, I love you, I want you to thrive. That's what God has done.

So we blew it, but he goes with us in the Garden of Eden, we blow it.

But he goes with us outside it.

And then he tells us how to live and he shows us how to live in a way that gives us the good life.

The real good life. That's always a debate among philosophers.

What is the good life? Jesus is showing us what it is.

And it looks very different than what a lot of people would write down.

But see a lot of what people would write down. We see it doesn't work.

It doesn't work, but Jesus is showing us that.

God is showing us that in his wisdom. Like this is how you will thrive and flourish.
