So I got to say, you know, first of all, before we get into the substance of the book,

I do want to say this, because I think

it's important to say, you guys sacrificed your health, your sleep, your sanity to cover this case,

not only by standing in line at all hours of the night at the courthouse where this trial

was going on, but also covering it from the very beginning to get this story. So I'm really glad that you guys

are going to be the people to write the definitive work on this terrible crime and the fortunate

fact that we ended up having justice in it. So I want to start off by saying, how did you guys, because I don't even know the answer this question, how did you guys get started covering Delphi? That is such a good question, Brett. And it's one of those things. I think a large part of it was, so Kevin and I got together. He moved to Brooklyn, New York to be with me. And then we were like,

oh my gosh. And then the rent there is crazy. I love Brooklyn. New York City is a great place,

but it's tough to live there. So we decided to move to Indiana. And there were a number of things
