Hey everybody, it's Carrie here.

Just wanted to come on and say with respect to everything that's going on.

In honor of George Floyd, Minneapolis, our country, and around the globe,

Tim and I decided this week,

we aren't remaining silent, but we are

going to pay attention to what is happening.

We are going to listen and learn and move forward.

And we will use our voice and we will take action.

But this week, we want to recognize what is happening.

Recognize that black lives do matter.

That we need to make change.

And so we will hold our episode, which is a really good one. This month, we are bringing

you four episodes of four different people that are battling cancer or have walked, run, or stood

by our dear friend Gabe Grunold, who lost her life last year to cancer.

And we want to bring you those stories.

But this week, we want to make sure all of you know we walk hand in hand with every single person.

And our hearts are very heavy.

Being in Minnesota, in a state that I love so much, we have got to see change. As a woman, as a white

woman, I want to promise to you all that going forward I will be better. I love everybody,

but I don't know if I fight for everybody all the time.

I think I live in a bubble at times.

I think we all live in our own bubbles.
