Summary
Got a dream?
Or do you wish to get emotional freedom?
If you do, you have to start somewhere!
Today I dug deep into my video archives to show you how I went from taking 30 takes per video, while hating every minute of it, to recording just one take, and loving every second.
I really did dislike doing my videos in the beginning. It felt so unnatural and clunky, but deep down, I had a message to share.
I wanted to help as many people as possible, so I had to go through the short-term emotional pain in order to do what I loved most (even if loving it wasn't a reality yet), rather than suffering a lifetime of regret.
If you think about it, you have done this countless times yourself. When you learn to walk, drive and started a new job, it was beyond your comfort zone. Yet it didn't stop you, and now you experience the benefits of the persistence.
So are ready to apply this insight (whilst sharing with you my own journey)?
