So Danny, for those that don't know you that are listening, want to give the introduction of who you are, what you do.

Yeah, so I actually do GC work, right? So I think most people just know think that the course, but we do general construction design, interior exterior, the full A to Z.

Yeah.

You're based out of Newport Beach, California, but now we have a LA office as well.

LA. Yeah. So you're, if you follow Danny on social media, you have a couple of accounts, but you talk about you travel a lot for your projects, you're doing them all over the

place. Yeah. So now now we are beginning since a lesser.

So how is that? Is that all related to general contracting work or because outside looking in, I see a lot of it is design oriented.

I think is that what you, you play the role in your company as heavily on the design side?

Yeah. So the design side. So I started as a build. So I started my career as a builder. So I've been building for 15 years.

So we sell, perform all that kind of stuff about five years ago. I dabble into, I guess the design part.

So when we go to a different place, we still play almost like a geezer, more like a pro. I think the term is more like, what's that call?
