Becky Chambers joins us this episode to chat about the combination of homeopathy and whole body vibration and her latest book about the subject. Each one of these modalities can be powerful on their own but combined they can be very helpful. Becky discovered the power of this combination during her own decades long struggle to get healthy. There have been thousands of studies on Whole Body Vibration and many countries around the world treat Homeopathy as serious as we treat prescription drugs here in our western culture.

There is definitely an increased interest in meditation, yoga, and reiki/energy medicine and awareness around holistic health. We also touch on the importance of our thinking patterns and our intuition.
