thing. The anxiety is helping you grow. It's like, it's like

the seed that's sprouting. And that sprout is in the darkness

at first. It's under the dirt and it's got to struggle its way

and it's probably like, oh my gosh, like it's so dark in here,

like what am I going to do? But it still struggles its way to

the light, right? And then it becomes this beautiful thing,

but the struggle and the suffering, those were necessary for

the growth. You know, one of my favorite authors I've mentioned

many times is Shelby Steele. He's got a book called A Dream

Deferred, which I highly recommend to you. And on page 79, he

says this, the fact is that failure and suffering are natural
