don't talk about your feelings very much, how would you do that with others? On submarines,

there's a stigma about talking about your problems sometimes because you don't want the

wrong thing to be portrayed and then be disqualified. However, lately I've been starting

to drink more and everything seems to pour out when I drink. I don't want to continue drinking

a lot. I also don't know how to go about talking about things that go on in my mind. Thank
