So Father Patrick, we are coming into December and we're coming to the close of the semester.

Now, for the majority of us, Dominican Friars,

you know, it's the academic year that kind of dictates our life.

And we live by it and a lot of people will have some experience whether they have kids in school

or our listeners are in college know that okay there's a little bit of stress at the end of the

semester preparing for Christmas break.

But you have a unique experience here,

because this is pretty much your first year

not on the academic calendar

and the work that you're engaged in.

So talk to me a little bit about what this experience is like

preparing for Christmas, but not being so influenced

by an academic calendar in that way.
