0:00.8	Well, hello there, top teachers. Today I am your solo host, Bridget Spackman,
0:06.5	and I am here to make your life easier by helping you master your time, organization, and
0:12.0	productivity as a teacher. So when we are solo hosts, it can only mean one thing,
0:18.5	which is a week in the life. However, this go around, we are not going to be
0:23.0	giving you a week in the life. Instead, we're going to be giving you a day in our life. It is currently
0:29.2	our spring break. It's the month of April. And we thought it would be a really fun idea to get
0:35.2	you guys into the organization spirit. So I'm going to be cleaning out my basement.
0:42.5	Now, sh, don't say anything to Michelle, but I am going to be cheating. So we had agreed that we were
0:48.7	just going to do a day in the life recording. However, I have kids and my kids want to do stuff. So I needed to figure out how I was
0:58.6	going to record this. And if I'm taking on a basement, oh yes, I am taking on a basement to organize
1:07.0	and to clean and to purge, then I needed more than a day. So I think I'm going to record this
1:13.0	in about a two-day span because I want to also spend some time with my kids and do fun stuff and not
1:20.0	have them feel the torture of just cleaning out of basement all day long. And plus, it's my spring break too.
1:26.7	I don't really want to do that
1:27.8	all day either. So I told you guys that we are going to be cleaning out my basement. When I moved from
1:35.6	Alabama to Pennsylvania, I literally had my entire classroom. It took up half of our U-Haul. So half of the U-Haul was my classroom. The other half was my house.
1:49.1	So I had just placed everything in my classroom into boxes and I put it into a storage shed.
1:56.3	And then when I had my first job in Upper Elementary, I didn't really need all of the kindergarten stuff,
2:01.9	but I didn't want to let it go either. It was one of the most challenging things of like,
2:06.2	okay, I don't have enough space to put it into these classrooms because I had much smaller
2:09.9	classrooms here in Pennsylvania. And my classroom in kindergarten was gigantic on top of us
2:16.6	having a storage closet. Like was phenomenal it was the best
