Hi everybody, welcome to the show. I haven't done a solo in a while, so I figured we would catch up,

I'll answer your questions and just see where this goes.

I feel like when I have you guys sending questions on Instagram,

I'm starting to feel like I'm seeing a lot of repeat ones.

So hopefully I cover something new in this episode.

It's always kind of a surprise to me what's going to come out.

So let's just see where to start.

I guess I'll start just with some podcast related things since I have you.

The podcast has kind of exploded growth-wise this year, which is very exciting,

and I'm so happy to see you guys posting and sharing,

and obviously that's how it grows.

However, there's like no reviews.

I mean, there are, but compared to how many people listen it's such a small fraction and they've basically just not increased over the last year or so

So if you haven't left a review please do it's just one of those annoying things that
