Last night, I hosted a workshop for my Food Freedom Online program clients, and I titled it

Body-wise, making empowered decisions around fitness, fat loss, and the ongoing journey of building

body confidence. And my goal was to help provide insight to a couple of questions.

The first question is, how do I pursue reclaiming a healthy relationship with fitness?

And then the other question was, how do I pursue intentional fat loss without backsliding into diet culture?
