And so she has a wonderful leadership story. You're talking about somebody who started

at the bottom, rung of the ladder and climbed up. And really is somebody who understands

great culture and great organizations. And here's what's great, even though this is a gigantic company.

What you're going to do is get a real scalable conversation because they are working many times

because of those different restaurants. They're working with entrepreneurs like you.

And all around the country. So this is going to be fun. You're going to enjoy that.

And then we bring back a popular thing, something we like to do.
