So we're experiencing a major ascension upgrade right now. But in order to ascend, we have to

release the things that are not serving us, the lower

vibrational frequencies.

So what we are experiencing is a deep emotional cleanse, a purification, if you will.

You may feel like your energy is drained and you feel exhausted.

What's happening is the lower vibrations of fear, shame, and guilt are being purified from our system right now.

Now, this takes a great deal of energy to cleanse these frequencies because they are so deeply rooted.
