Before we get rolling on this week's episode Heroes, I wanted to take a moment and address

our listeners in the United States.

It's not game related, so if you're not interested in hearing that, skip ahead to about three minutes and ten seconds.

Tuesday's election results were shocking to everybody at the One Shot Network.

I really honestly didn't believe that it would happen and I was dumbfounded when it did. I've spent the

past week in shock. I realize that I'm someone who has a great deal of privilege

in this society and as much fear and anxiety as I feel about the future, there are vulnerable members of our community who are feeling it far worse.

It's easy to feel daunted by the situation we're in, and powerless.

By ourselves, there's only so much we can do. We all possess a limited amount of money, time, and emotional endurance.

Alone we can falter and despair. Heroes, I am addressing you today to remind you that you are not alone.

I am with you.

And you are with each other.

I'm aware that as a podcast host there's only so much that I can do for people,

but I want to make you this pledge. I will be here for you. One shot will be here for you.
