For some reason, he is back in court being sued and having his case heard before the Colorado Supreme Court.

I thought that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Jack Phillips First Amendment rights.

Why are you representing him before the Colorado Supreme Court?

Well, it certainly did back in 2018.

Your listeners might remember Jack's first case.

When back in 2012, two men asked him to create a custom cake celebrating a same-sex

wedding. Of course, Jack serves all people, but he can't express all messages and

that's a message that he can't express for anyone because it violates his faith.
