I love everybody and welcome to this episode of The Prosecutors. I'm Brett. And I'm joined as always by my very professional co-host, Alice.

I'm quite literally wearing a suit coat on my knees, though, because my legs are cold.

So that's like the opposite of professional, but want to talk about why it's professional.

I mean, you are wearing a suit coat. So that's professional.

Okay, not that professional, because those are real bongos that Brett, I need to remove these bongos before the end of the episode.

This is like, you guys thought the the sea shanties were pervasive in our sea episodes, but these bongos are going to make an appearance.

Not because they had anything to do with Ralph Stokes or this trial or murder, but because we are recording from a studio for the very first time.

It's crazy. Alice is in the same room as me and everything, which is going to be a problem.

I cannot stop laughing.

I can't stop laughing. Those of you who remember our Mary Celeste episode, that was the last time Alice and I recorded in the same room, because we basically spent the whole time giggling.

And that was what two years ago.

That was a long time ago, at least a year and a half ago.
