2:14.2 | People kick the term around a lot and they talk about turnkey this and turnkey that at the end of the day, there's no formal definition. |
2:21.2 | What I did back in 2003, 2004 and 2005 is I marketed the crap out of that term. |
2:27.2 | And so today, everybody uses it frequently. If you go online, you will always find the word turnkey associated with real estate in some way, shape, or form. |
2:36.2 | And people still to this day misuse it, but after all this time, there's really no formal definition. |
2:41.2 | Our definition of a turnkey real estate investment is an investment property that has positive cash flow is in a good market, a good neighborhood. |
