interview for you. Today, I am joined by Eric Zimmer, who you may

have heard off because he has a very popular podcast called The One You Feed. He's also a

behavior coach and an interfaith spiritual director. Welcome, Eric. Thanks, Veronica. I'm happy to be here.

So I want to just jump in straight away and ask, what is an interfaith spiritual director? I'm fascinated. Well, I'm not sure I know.

So a spiritual director is a, it's a term that largely came up through the Catholic Church. And it was just

someone who would be sort of a guide for you or someone else who walks the journey with you.

I think a sponsor might be something similar. You know, if you think about what a sponsor is in

AA. It's not like a

priest, right? Because in a church setting, a priest has a certain position of authority. So there's

no authority to it or anything like that. It's just somebody who you can talk about your spiritual
