along here on this week's episode. This episode is a second part of conversation that we had with

Jeff Sturgis. And the first episode was all about Jeff's land buying guide and kind of going through

19 to 20 different attributes that he needs to consider as you know trying to make a purchase and

what things are very important what can you change and so much more so if you

haven't caught that episode be sure to do so it was posted two weeks ago however

this episode is kind of the second part of that conversation meaning we pick out

two farms that are almost identical in size.

They're both about 64 acres. However, they're drastically different in a lot of ways.

And we dive through the different attributes of the farm. What can you change? What can you not change?

And it's this really good conversation conversation and I think it's beneficial

because no far no two farms are alike and you kind of see what Jeff would lean towards

if he had the opportunity to buy one of the two here so hope you guys enjoy if you do let us
