Summary

Contrary to popular belief, minimalism is not one-size-fits-all. And time and time again I see people try and adopt a minimalist lifestyle only to be turned away because their version looks different than someone else's. It's time to break the "rules" surrounding minimalism and make it work for YOU. Tune in learn more about my take on what minimalism is (and isn't) and how it can change your life for the better. 1:33.2

1:40.1

talk about this for a second because everybody's minimalist journey, I get it, it looks different,

1:46.0

and I am an advocate for that. There is no right or wrong answer here, but I still think it's

1:52.5

worth diving deeper into this conversation today because what I heard from this mom is what

1:59.9

honestly drove me away from minimalism once I was in it. And even

2:04.4

before I got into minimalism, it prevented me from understanding what true minimalism is and could
