0:28.3	which, of course, if you're listening today, the day it came out, is the college football
0:33.1	playoffs. So today we're going to be looking at the towns for each team in the college football
0:39.1	playoffs. We'll talk about the dynamics of each market and which one is the best place to
0:43.4	invest in 2024. Do any of you, James, do you watch college football? Are you a fan?
0:49.4	I'm a huge Huskies football fan. That's where I went to, that's where I went to school.

0:57.7	Washington is one of the teams that we're going to be talking about. And James gets to really
1:03.4	hone in on a sweet spot and talk about Seattle. Henry, are you a college football fan at all?
1:08.8	No, I'd say in the past, I watched a lot more of it, but lately not so much.
1:13.3	I will watch the occasional Arkansas game just because if you live here, you can't not.
1:19.4	Which is I may get booed and shunned if I'm talking about Alabama today.
1:24.3	So hopefully I'll still be accepted in my market.

1:34.5	from personal experience and knowledge here? Are you going to be as lost as I am? Well, I was a
1:40.8	college football fan when I was a cheerleader in college many, many years ago for a very not great.
1:50.7	You were a professional college football fan, then that was like a formal role for you.
1:56.3	I went to a tiny college in Spokane, Washington, so no, it doesn't count.
2:00.2	And then I was also a fan when my daughter went to San Diego State, so there were some good
2:04.4	tailgate parties there. But otherwise, you know, no.
