Well, as Sir Robert Peel said, the father of modern community policing, he says, good police force is about all the arrests you make. It's absence of crime is an indicator of a good police force. So it's like you want them out there preventing crime. You don't want the crime happening. They'll say, well, why do we need this many cops? We don't have a lot of crime. You have a lot of crime. You don't have a lot of crime because you've got a lot of cops,
