Hello and welcome back to Cult Leader. I'm your Cult Leader, Spencer Henry, and this is a little leader where I get to read the stories that you send to me.

We had a jam packed week over here on Monday. We had Cult Leader. So I uploaded the episode, whatever my friend calls me and she's like, oh my god, do you want to hear what just happened?

And she tells me the story. There was like, it's a very elaborate story and I won't get into all of the details, but essentially there was a man with his dick out outside of her apartment trying to break in.

And I said, well, where are you now? And she was like, I am at my apartment. And I said, hey, well, yes, shouldn't be there. So she came and spent the night on Monday night.

She said a lot of work this week and then last night Madison was here. We were recording next week's obituary. There's been so much stuff happening over there.

Thursday's episode, by the way, the episode that came out yesterday was NecroPants and Death Symbolism, but the NecroPants, you guys.

I'll just give you the quick cliff note story. Basically, in Iceland, there's this like old story of people skinning people from the waist down.

And then stealing a coin from a destitute widow and placing it into the scrotum of the skin pants. And they thought it would bring them riches. I don't...

You have to listen to hear the full story over on there. Obituary, she's killing it this week. Obituary has had a very good week. She is just thriving. And we love to see it, but I could not be happier to be sitting here with my culp babes.

This morning, I woke up. I'm in such a good mood. I don't know if you can hear it. But this morning, I woke up. And I have some my bedside table, the lamp that's on there.

It has a charging thing on it. So I just set my phone on it and it charges with a great investment, I'll say.

I guess for whatever reason I must have put my phone in the wrong spot, it completely died. I woke up this morning. It was so bright, so sunny, beautiful.

And I look over at my phone and I'm like, why do I feel so rested right now? And then I realized my phone's dead and I'm like, oh shit, what time is it?

Because I had to call it 9 o'clock this morning and I was like, oh my god, did I oversleep? What time is it? What day is it? What year is it?

It was like 7.50, I was like, oh, okay, I didn't oversleep too much. And now I'm in a good mood because I tricked myself into feeling very rested.

In my head, I'm like, is it 10 o'clock? Like I felt great. So hopefully you guys are thriving too. What else?

I've a few orders of business before we get into our emails. And most importantly, I have an update in regards to Monday's episode.

So Monday we did the episode pastor with a past about this awful, awful, awful man and a family member of Rebecca, who was one of the victims, reached out and filled me in on some of the details and clarified some misinformation.

Which I always, always, always appreciate when people related to cases reach out like this. So the person who reached out, I'm going to keep them anonymous.

I, we talked about what I would be saying today. But they were so incredibly nice. We just had a really nice conversation.
