Joining me today is veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Kelsey Sharon.

Kelsey was an artillery gunner over in Afghanistan and has since started the brand Brasson Unity. She's been doing a tour jumping on various podcasts in the United States for the last couple

months and was able to get down to Texas to sit down with us. I particularly like this episode

because I think Kelsey's got a unique perspective on life after some of the stuff that she's

been through. And I always enjoy getting the time to sit down and have a meaningful

conversation with people who have a little bit different perspective based on the decisions

that they've made in their life, putting themselves out there, trying to do difficult tasks.

Hot damn. See? This is the stuff. Yeah. But do you think that you have to be obsessive to be good in the business world these days?

Yeah. I think to an extent, I mean, if you're living in this day and age, like think about it, 50 years ago, there was not technology the way there is now.

When you left the office, you left the office. Right.

You never leave the office anymore because your phone is always with you. Right.

There's access always to everything. So I just think it's almost impossible. I mean, you can put boundaries. It's almost impossible not to be obsessive about these types of things. Yeah. I mean, if you want to be successful, that seems like that's what it takes to be successful.

Now you have to be on all the time.

Because think about it for a second.

How many people do you know that go home and do a nine to five and never touch their phones
