Well, hello world!

It's funny, I never thought I'd be in a position where it would make any sense at all for

me to address the world.

But here I am.

And there you are, out there in the world.

I'm sitting in my son-in-law's recording studio in Cape Town.

So if it sounds pristine audio, if it sounds, you're missing the crickets and birds and passing

motorcycles and the rest of it, that's why.

I've actually got that sound absorbing sponge all around me.

It's pretty cool, I got to tell ya.

I don't really think a lowly podcast deserves this sort of thing, but he's a musician, so he's

got this place all rigged up for serious sound baffling.

Baffling, that's a good word.

Baffled.
