And so this is rather historic. It's the first time we've ever done the Entry Leadership podcast in front of a live audience.

And we're going to kick it off with one of our favorite guests, longtime friend of Dave Ramsey's.

He's a dear friend of mine as well. And probably one of my favorite conversations to have.

He is multi best-selling author, psychologist, leadership expert, and just all around great guy.
