In the fall of 1987, 7-year-old April Tinsley started her first grade year at Fairfield Elementary.

The news sent to Null described her as having a shy looking smile, a doll space,

with slightly talsiled blonde hair. And frankly, I couldn't come up with a better description if I

tried she was absolutely precious and adorable. According to an interview her cousin did with

the genetic detective, that shy smile of hers was always on and she loved to make people laugh.

In March of her first grade year, April turned eight, and life just seemed full of wonder.

She was young, she was enjoying school, she had the perfect little family,

and she had everything in the world to look forward to.

It was gonna be warming up soon, and in a few months there would be long summer days of playing

with friends and hanging out at the pool, but April's life was stolen before she ever got the

chance. On Friday, April 1st, 1988, at around 12.30 p.m., April left her house and walked just
