Summary

Danika Maia is here and sharing her journey of working in a corporate job that left her feeling unfulfilled and stagnant in her career and life, to quitting and deciding to work for herself and make money in an unconventional but ultimately empowering gig for her. As a sex positive writer and advocate Danika caught the bug when she attended a pole dancing class and met a girl who was already working as a cam girl and making a good living. After interviewing her and writing an article Danika realized that she already was the "queen of long distance sexy video chats" with boyfriends and enjoyed this side of herself decided to take the leap and become a cam girl in order to support her creative aspirations in Los Angeles. She also didn't want to hide in the shadows and decided she would also announce it and be proud of it on her social media. She gives a different look into what we may all have as a preconceived notion of "sex work," and it's pretty damn cool!

1:46.4	Let's just say I'm indoor camping you know like there's a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in but plumbing hasn't been installed yet.
1:56.4	So, you know, he tried his best to get this outdoor shower thing going before I got here, but then it didn't totally work.
