of military operation areas, or moas, and other types of special use airspace, or SUA,

into the cockpit of aviators, has been included in the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA.

Led by Senator James Inhoff of Oklahoma, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee and representative Sam Graves of Missouri,

the top Republican on the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and a member of the House Armed Services Committee,
