| 1:04.4 | Well, when you're starting a whole new industry and has to do with the government because digital license plates are a government |
| 1:13.6 | identification there's legislation that has to be done and it's different for every state you know |
| 1:19.9 | some states have in their code that a plate is metal and has to be reflective and other ones just |
| 1:27.2 | call it an identification. |
| 1:28.2 | So states that that have, uh, depending on the language, it's harder to, to change the law. |
