Yeah, they're all looking like they're doing stuff, making copies, but they're just like, I'm so out of here.

Little tip I've learned about habits and that is it's easier to start a habit if you attach it to something.

Something you're already doing. So for me, the trigger for prayer, if you're having a hard time getting the prayer thing going,

has been and it was successful. A couple of years ago started, it's walking the dog.

Because I'm going to do that anyway.

Yeah.

Instead of just talking to cozy, I'll still do that, but like I could talk to the God of the Universe who

have convinced against all odds, loves me.

Like.

And I guess at some point, then it's just almost like a trigger.

Like you go with the leash on going and then it's it becomes automatic.

It does.
