Welcome to the Sweet's podcast. There are so many exciting things happening within French

kids life right now. I just hung up from our weekly team meeting and we are going to be meeting up in Puerto Rico and April for our team retreat and I'm so

excited to have everyone together. We even have part of my team flying in

from South Africa from all over the US.

It's going to be so much fun.

And I reminded my team, I'm like, listen up y'all.

You know how I like to roll.

We're going to leisurely hustle, which means yes, we're going to get to work and we are going to be creating big goals and plans for the upcoming year, but we're also going to take some time out to relax and to have fun.

You know, when it comes to business, I feel like the internal culture of the business must

match the vision and the mission and the values of the business.

Meaning what you see on the outside is how I want us to operate on the inside.
