And I'm L'Orian McKenna and it is the end of the year, which can be a time for reflection, assessment, and planning for the new year.

Which is why today we're talking about giving ourselves permission to dream and we find some

trying to figure out big things like what success means, what I want for the next year, what I want for my life, what things I need are, what the things I need are, what the things I want want are and how I can make a plan and take steps to get there.

And it feels very swirly and scary and exciting all at the same time, but I definitely feel like all I want to do is hide under my covers and read instead of doing this stuff.
