And I'm L'Orian McKenna and it is the end of the year, which can be a time for reflection, assessment, and planning for the new year.

Which is why today we're talking about giving ourselves permission to dream and we find some

practical ways to do that.

Yes, I'm very excited about this episode

because I am actively in this right now,

trying to figure out big things like what success means, what I want for the next year, what I want for my life, what things I need are, what the things I need are, what the things I want want are and how I can make a plan and take steps to get there.

And it feels very swirly and scary and exciting all at the same time, but I definitely feel like all I want to do is hide under my covers and read instead of doing this stuff.

Oh, me too. That's exactly how I feel.

Or I just want to sit in my bed and my jammies

and watch movies.

Yeah, yeah, I feel like the end of the year

is this big

financial delineation, like the New Year, there's this big financial delineation, right?

Like taxes, it's this huge marker.

And it feels like an end in the beginning and I'm struggling against that

because I don't want to think about it that way.

I want to think about it as a continuation.

I don't want to think like it's the end of the movie.

I very much want to be at the beginning of Act 2 or in Act 3. I don't want to be in Act 2 at all.

I don't think you want to be in Act 3. That would be close to the end of the life. The part where I've learned the

lesson and I'm putting it into action that part of act three where I'm like
