Hey guys welcome to episode 171 of Hibbaly Horror Stories. I'm Jerry. I'm Tracy.

I want to start off obviously by thinking all of our military and civil servants all over the world no matter which country you represent. Thank you guys and gals for everything you do in K-9 units.

Absolutely. Guys are in our thoughts and prayers. I know you can't be home for the holidays but we haven't forgotten you and we pray for you guys every day to be safe. Thank you for taking care of us.

Definitely with that being said the mention of the holidays it's probably the hardest time for anybody who suffers from depression whether it's because they're in Tracy's situation like she's coming upon Thanksgiving and Christmas for the first time since her dad passed.

I did and I actually cried a whole lot this morning. I did. She's just one of millions of people having those same feelings this time of year.

I just realized that you know your loved ones if they're not around they're in a better place and though they can't be with you physically they will be with you spiritually over these holidays.

I am.

If you feel like you need somebody to talk to you can always reach out to us you can reach out to the group or please reach out to a friend or family member.

But some people like to remain anonymous so that you've got us if you want to kind of go that way or you can go to the suicide prevention hotline here in the US 1-800-273-8255 if you'd rather text and we've heard a lot of people say this was definitely their preference and they've had successful this 7-4-1-7-4-1.

I mean it's kind of nice the text thing because if you start filling low again you can kind of go back and reference the text that you got so.

We want to get a special thanks to Talbot O Talbot Tavron last last week for having us out we get to do a show for some people who hadn't seen a live show a lot of them weren't regular podcasts listeners so hopefully we were able to entertain them.

Yeah it was a lot of fun but Carrie Charles slash Billy Tonya thank you guys for having us out.

He had a bunch of names. It's funny there's a lot of people that you know about one name but they go by a different name to their family.

Yeah I know him about Charles because that's what's on Facebook and but his whole family and everybody I was friends calling Billy so I didn't know any difference until we got up there but like I had a friend named Charles and you know it work everybody called him Charles but everybody outside of work called him Eddie.

I'd have some people is Eddie there and I'm like I we don't have an 80 who works here. I mean Charles. Okay why do we have one of those?

Yeah it was a lot of fun for sure.

You know we've done past lives episodes we've had two of them and they have probably been two of the more I guess we could say better received as far as comments and people really liking it.

I think there's something that just makes you feel good to know that this isn't the end when you know when this life's over.

So I think people like thinking about that.
