Porn Free Radio Episode 171. I'm releasing this episode at the end of August 2018, and I can't

0:08.0

believe the summer's over. September is next week. It's flown by. The kids are already back in

0:15.2

school. And I'm sitting today with some Dunkin' Donuts coffee editing this episode, and it's a special episode,

0:22.8

and I'll explain why in just a moment. I first want to thank everyone who's emailed me about

0:29.0

episode 169 and 170. In those episodes, I talk about my fitness journey and some of the things

0:35.9

that I'm learning since I've joined this fitness

0:39.2

mastermind. And it's a group that I committed to where we're creating goals and commitments

0:44.4

related to fitness. And it's really helping me. I've worked out probably about 18 times in the

1:13.7

I had a coaching call. So I had to sprint back to my bike. It was about a quarter mile back to my

1:18.8

bike. I sprinted not very fast, mind you, but I get to the bike. Then I jump on the bike and go

1:24.3

another mile back to my house, crossing busy streets, driving down sidewalks. I mean,

1:29.8

it was pretty comical. I even had to duck under some tree branches as I was riding home. So it was

1:35.8

pretty crazy. But I made the call. I poured this huge glass of water and got some paper towels and was

1:41.8

dabbing my forehead at the beginning of the call. But it was cool.

1:45.0

I had energy.

1:45.8

I was excited.

1:46.7

Even though it was kind of a funny start to my morning, it was still fun to know that I had

1:52.2

already hit my workout for today and was starting my day right.
