tried everything to do what they're supposed to do in the beginning and for many, many,

many, many years. It was focusing on the scale and losing weight and eating a certain way

and fixing themselves.

And as they hit diet rock bottom and trying to mend all those years of torturing their body,

I know for many people they feel stuck.

And part of that stuckness is because of the choices that were basically pushed on them
