So today, my guest is Leo Jenkins, he's our business manager and I asked him to come

talk to me in a very broad way about estate planning because I have two friends right

now who are dealing with that with their parents sort of not dealing with that.

Their parents are not dealing with it and my friends are dealing with their parents not

dealing with it.

So I thought, why don't we talk about estate planning?

I think most people think you have to be a gazillionaire and own a million things to

need a trust for your assets, but that's absolutely not true.

So I wanted to talk about the benefits, the cost of it, and kind of the process and what

goes into trust.

And we did.

It's a very, very basic conversation.

Trusts are different from state to state so know that everything here is, we're just

speaking in generalities.

But I thought it was a great and very informative conversation and I hope my two friends

listen and get some help from it too.
