And our film review this week, our film review, I'm very sorry to report isn't actually a horror

film.

But I'll explain to you why I chose to do it in a second.

Our film review is 3,000 years of logging.

3,000 years of logging was released in 2022.

It is 5.9 out of 10 and IMDB and 71% on rotten tomatoes.

Dr. Alaphia Binney, played by Tilda Swinton, is an academic, content with life and a creature

of reason.

While in Istanbul attending a conference, she happens to encounter a gin played by Idris

Elba, who offers her three wishes in exchange for his freedom.

This presents two problems.

First, she doubts that he is real, and second, because she is a scholar of story and mythology,

she knows all the cautionary tales of wishes gone wrong.

The gin pleads his case by telling her fantastical stories of his past.
