Summary

BellBabies, You are in for a treat this week. Eug and Stanger were pumped to invite the always amazing Lilan Bowden (ANDI MACK) to the weight room!! Lilan and Stanger connect over their shared time in Northern California and she tells the guys about growing up as a true indoor kid, reading books and arts and crafting. Lilan also sheds some light on how some people that are naturally on the thin side can have some health issues go unnoticed because of an assumption of health. Last she shares her journey of finding a healthy routine after realizing how out of shape she was when she started playing competitive basketball. Now she is all about Core Power Yoga and the guys help her with some healthy calories options.

It's good radio. We need help. Good radio, bad pod. No, just bad. Just bad in life. Bad bad. I'm not happy. Okay. Not happy at all. But I am happy that our guest is here. Ladies and gentlemen, our friend Leland Boden. Hey! Hi, Lelan. Thanks for having me, guys. We got all radio-y. Seconds ago, we were having a normal conversation. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Mike's turned on. Mike's turned on and we tried to turn it on. Yeah, disc jockey. Honestly. Jockey voices. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tough to say. Very different. Yeah, it's cool to see the switch. Very different than you were. Right in front. I'm the same. I always pride myself on being always even killed. Yeah, I came in. He went, hey, it's my friend Lila. Dito, dee do, dee. How are you? I'm good. I'm very good. You walked here. You walked to the weight room today. I walked to the weight room. What's the mileage on that? Half a mile? Quarter of quarter of a mile. Yeah, like 0.3 miles.

Like, I'm like, okay, I should, like, I should go pick up my laundry from the laundry room. I'll bring my phone. Like, I'll bring my headphones if I'm listening to a podcast. I'll bring my drink, you know, like, I'll bring things with me. And then as you can kind of see, I like to unpack. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good, though.

2:01.5

Yeah. I'll bring my drink, you know, like I'll bring things with me. And then as you can kind of see, I like to unpack. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good, though. You make it your home. Yeah, you make it your home. That's a nice way to put it. Yeah, yeah. Ease into it. Home is where you unpack your shit. Yeah, home is where you unpack your shit. That's the saying, right? Yeah, I saw that on a placard at Ross.

2:17.7

Yeah. Writtening that cursive. Yeah, that's weird. I mean, it should be at a better place, but the fact that it's made it back to Ross is showing that maybe people don't live by it as much as they should be. Do you remember the Ross jingle? The Ross dressed for less jingle? There was a jingle. Do you love it? I love it. I got it at Ross. That's 100% it. Is that the one? Yes. I got it at Ross. You don't know that? Stored in my brain of the place that can't get rid of jingles. I remember the TJ Max one. Get the Max for the minimum, minimum price.

you get the max for the minimum, minimum first, and it's never ever the same place twice. I don't know that one. I shopped at Marshall's T.J. Max and Ross. That's all my, where my mom would take us. Isn't it crazy that they seemed like separate stories, but they're all owned by the same company, right? Oh, are they? I think they are now. That makes sense. Yeah, I mean, they just took it over.
