Bernadette broils very interesting woman. Very interesting.

This was a conversation we've been wanting to have for a while.

Of course, she's an attorney.

She's the president of the Child Parental Rights Campaign.

And today we talked about, about you know so many topics that are

discussed publicly that we don't often have enough legal details about so she

explained what are some of the consequences of social transition in schools.

And this is not just for parents, but as it impacts the students themselves,

society at large, teachers, school counselors, everybody involved.

She also helped us gain some clarity on what the most recent changes were to Title IX.

This is another one of those things that's discussed a lot, but sometimes hard to understand.

And she also touched on what happens when CPS gets involved.

And listeners will be very surprised to hear

that when it comes to gender, we are not talking about proof of abuse.

We're talking about just parents who don't want to use a child's name that they came up with five minutes ago and that can be enough to get CPS involved which was really shocking.
