Hey, can you start off by telling our beautiful listeners if you had to rate yourself on a sexual

shame a meter scale with one being totally shameless and ten being so full of shame?

Where do you fall today? I would say probably five. I'm not used to

talking about this kind of thing and only have a few people that I can talk to you like this. Maybe that's

what's causing the feelings of shame. I don't think I have shame about things I've done or experiences I've had.

It's more the talking about it and it's something I need to do more of I think.
