Alright, so this is an off weekend. No racing to talk about. There are some racing topics coming up that we will not have a race itself to discuss the upcoming Bristol race this weekend. I'm very excited about.

But we also spent this past weekend and enjoying Easter with our family with your family.

Yeah, so Texas is a great race weekend. We enjoy racing at Texas is a great track for us, but it also means that we get to spend time in Amy's neck of the woods. Yeah, so we were in Dallas after the race. We went and spent some time with some friends there.

Billian Kayla, there are two twin girls in gray at yours. Right?

Great girl and they have a set of twins. We had a Instagram about a house on Sunday night. That explains that. That's where we were.

There are some other pictures of them on your Instagram of us enjoying Easter with them the entire week. It was a lot of fun. We also went to.

They're super sweet little girls are in gray actually thinks that you're her hero. She told her dad that that right and I asked him. I said, well, why does she say that? And he said he didn't have a clear answer, but she just loves.

Oh, that's cool. They are great little girls and we enjoyed spending the whole weekend really with these kids and it's a lot of fun. We traveled in the plane. So we had three girls plus your sister's daughter. That was really my sister and her husband and their infant. Yes, they were all with us. So we spent the weekend.

Family style versus pirate style like we typically do exactly. So that was we were in Dallas on Saturday Sunday night after the race. Then we went to.

Bowl Verdi. Right after really he has the really have really tried hard to. This concentration had on when he says that word. Bowl Verdi.

It's tough. It's a tough word to say. It's it's a small small small town. It's literally a one stop light intersection. Yeah, just north of San Antonio. It's it's cool. It's very middle Texas and you got to experience.

The hills of Texas on your bike. I know. I thought Texas was flat. No, well, there's certain areas are a giant state. Honey, I went and rode 60 miles on Monday and Tuesday.

I don't know. It doesn't matter. Yeah. So we rode a lot on that bike. You rode more than you needed to. Yeah, that was a lot of fun.

Jimmy didn't write it all did he? Jimmy did not do. So we have we've talked about. Sorry, Jimmy, but they're only way under the bus there, but Dale is so proud of himself.

We've talked about our workout routine at HMS and we get a every week. We get a report emailed to us about what everyone did.

Yeah, I'm a major chart. It's not even it's a chart. Yeah, big chart. I did quite a bit of cycling. So basically, let's see, four hours of cycling, 60 miles. And I'm like, yes, this is going to be awesome for the report.

And but I didn't do any strength. So I got a big zero on the strength. But I got the report in. I did the most. You know what I think is funny about that chart.

I did the most in Jimmy Johnson. The workout beast that he is. I know, but do you know what's funny about this chart? He did nothing. But when you do nothing, you get a pink.
