Today we're doing the big send-off to switch one.

It is time to just really reflect back on what an amazing generation this has been.

We're going to be talking about our favorite

memories as well as our ranking of the top 10 Switch games.

Yeah, we've been so excited and caught up with the Switch 2, really, for all of 2025, and we

should because it's coming and it's going to be exciting and great, but we don't want to lose sight of the fact that we just had so many, what was it, seven years, eight years? Eight years. Eight years. Incredible years. Right. With the original Nintendo Switch. So we'll take a moment to look back and celebrate all of that before we completely turn the page. That's right. changed our lives and now we're ready to move on to a new era, but it does mean this one chapter is kind of closing, which is a little bittersweet.

We are just back from Pax East where we had a great time.

You sent me a message like the day that we got back that was basically like, Pax East is returning back to March next year and we're both like, yeah, we're not going back. That was tough news. Because we had a great time at this one. And again, we always say this. We're soft Californians. So when the weather goes below like 50 degrees, it's a reason to freak out. Yes. But it was so nice. Those first couple of days in Boston were so nice. We walked around a whole bunch.

We literally walked from South Boston where the convention center is, like over a bridge through the harbor up towards. There were so many people out and about to that we noticed. Yeah, it's like, oh, this is like full on spring Boston. This is really nice. This is really different. I feel less threatened about being sucker punched because people seem to be in a better mood.

Like, okay, yeah.

Like day drinking. I can get in on this. And then it did eventually get a little nasty and cold while we were there. But yeah, we came back and it's like, oh, it's going to be in March again. Why do you that? They must have some juggling of availability with the convention center.

But why not just keep it in May?

Maybe they like it.

Who likes what?

Bostonians.

They like the cult.

They like the cult.

Maybe that's their signature move.

Really?

I don't know. Why? I don't know. Because it sucks. But it was so great. We had a really nice time. We did. It's always hard to know like, well, how packed should we make the schedule? Because at a show like this, you want to be able to walk around and see people. Yeah, you don't know who you're going to run into.
