0:30.2	came into our lives and we just knew that we had to have them on the show. Yeah. They served
0:35.6	bagels multiple days leading up to their pitch. Like at our event,
0:40.7	they're serving bagels to all of the guests, the VIPs, the VCs, other founders, but they
0:46.0	don't tell anyone that they are going to be pitching on our show. And they don't tell anyone that
0:50.9	they are gluten-free bagels. Exactly. Most gluten-free products are made with, like, a rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whatever.
1:00.5	The nasty stuff.
1:01.2	It's just like random ingredients that don't actually taste like bread.
1:05.3	These bagels are made with wheat flour.
1:07.9	They've removed the gluten, and Brad has been able to recreate what gluten does in a bagel.
1:13.9	Miraculously.
1:15.1	I have never had a good gluten-free bagel in my life
1:18.5	until trying the original sunshine bagels.
